Ready to order?


How fast can you get back to me with a custom quote?

We prioritize responding to queries sent through Email, Instagram/Facebook and SMS/Viber. Generally, we will get back to you within 24 hours. However, if you send us a query on a Sunday or holiday, please give us at most 48 hours to respond.

Do you have a price list?

Sorry, we don't have a price list. All orders are custom-made, so we will quote individually.

Do you have express service?

Yes, we accept same-day and next-day printing service with a surcharge (starting at 200PHP), depending on the nature of your order and your location. Please inform us asap so we can check.

Can I get a free sample?

​Samples are paid. When approved, a part of the fee is deductible from the final invoice.

Does the price include VAT and delivery?

​Yes, our prices include VAT. However, delivery is not included and will be quoted separately, depending on your choice of courier.


How long does the printing take?

Generally, we have a 2-day lead time. For example, when you submit your final Artwork on Monday 10am, it will be finished and ready for delivery by Wednesday morning. However, if this is not the case, we will inform you as early as when we are giving you a Quote. Your job’s lead time is specified in the Invoice.

I just changed my mind. Can I request for a refund?

Once you have paid for your order, you will no longer be able to cancel it. However, you can change the specifications of your order and we will adjust the price accordingly.


How do I pay?

You can pay via G-Cash, Bank Transfer (BPI/BDO) or PayPal (+10% processing fee).

What are your payment terms?

We require full payment prior to production.


How to send you my artwork? Do you need the artwork file for quoting?

You do not have to provide us artwork file for quoting. However, we can provide a more accurate quote if you do so. We require that artwork be emailed to us at

Do you offer graphic design service?

We offer layoutting and editing services together with print orders. This differs from "design" because there are no creatives involved, meaning all instructions, logos and other images will come from you.

Artwork Guide

Please provide file/s that match our requirements. Otherwise, your product may be printed incorrectly.
File Format

ai, psd, eps and pdf (300 dpi) are the preferred file formats. We accept jpg, png and tiff files.

Artwork Setup

  • Trim
    This line is where we aim to cut (actual cutting line).
  • Bleed
    2mm bleed is required for the printing process. Please make sure background needs to extend into the bleed area, the bleed ensures unprinted white edges after trimming.
  • Safe Area
    Please make sure all important information and graphics are contained in this box otherwise you risk losing it.

All color mode must be converted to CMYK. We will not take any responsibility for print results like discoloration or unexpected outcome when your supplied file is RGB or PANTONE.


All fonts must be outlined or embedded, or send actual font files. Fonts must be no less than 4pt.

Image Resolution 

Images created in photoshop requires minimum 300 dpi resolution.


Weight has to be a minimum of 0.25pt.


What are your shipping methods?

For Metro Manila orders, we ship via AP Cargo. For Provincial orders, we ship via LBC. Otherwise, you may book pick-up via your courier of choice.

How long does delivery take?

For Metro Manila, 1-2 days; Provincial 2-7 days depending on your location. More information is available on the LBC website. Tracking details will be provided to you.

Can I pick up the printing job from your office?

Yes, you may pick up the printing job from our office.
